The rosary circular length is 15 inches with a drop chain length of 3 inches, equaling a one-sided length of 18 inches. The drop chain features a 3/4 inch Miraculous Medal center. The Miraculous Medal, also known as the Medal of Our Lady of Grace, is a devotional medal, the design of which was originated by Saint Catherine Laboure following her apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The front side depicts Mary standing upon the globe, as the Queen of Heaven and Earth, as her feet crush the serpent representing Satan.
